Marija Georgiev is a film author and educator based in Zagreb, Croatia. She has a degree in sociology and working experience in film industry, film education and cultural project management. She is executive director of different film education programmes of Shadow Casters.
With a BA in Advertising (University of the Basque Country) and an MA in Scriptwriting
(Bournemouth University, Screen Academy), Izaskun has 15+ years of experience in all
aspects of TV and film production, as well as film distribution. She founded IZAR Films in 2010
in the UK where she produced and wrote her first feature length film TO SAY GOODBYE. The
film was premiered at the San Sebastian International Film Festival in 2012 and distributed in
Spain and in numerous international film festivals.
She moved back to San Sebastian in 2013 and since then, she has worked producing mainly
documentary films. She is also the Head of Film at TINKO, a small distribution company
specialising in family films for children aged 3 to 16. In 2016 she founded (H)emen|Her(e), an
online platform giving visibility and working opportunities to women working in the
audiovisual and performing arts.
Franziska Kremser-Klinkertz (geboren 1983) studierte an der Universität Bonn und der Universitetet i Bergen. Während Ihres Studiums leitete sie bereits das studentische Filmfestival Skandinavische Filmtage Bonn und begann bereits für die Nordischen Filmtage Lübeck zu arbeiten. Seit 2011 ist sie Leiterin des Kinder- und Jugendprogramms der Nordischen Filmtage Lübeck. Außerdem konzipiert und organisiert sie Kinder- und Jugendprojekte und Filmreihen als Projektleiterin für den Förderverein Filmkultur Bonn. Für die European Children’s Film Association organisierte sie 2013 das Jahresseminar zum Thema The Role of Adults in Films for Children. Seit 2013 gehört sie zur Festivalleitung der Internationalen Stummfilmtage Bonn. Im Februar 2020 wurde Sie inden Vorstand des Förderverein Deutscher Kinderfilm gewählt.
